Ideal candidates for Quality leadership positions will possess most of the
following educational and experience requirements:
- Bachelors (required) or Masters degree with a technical focus
- ASQ Certification (prefer CQE, CQM, CRE, or CSSBB)
- Experience in a Lean and/or Six Sigma environment
- Proven track record of team-oriented leadership
- Proven achiever of results
- Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, etc.
