Ideal candidates for Quality leadership positions will possess most of the following educational and experience requirements:

• Bachelors (required) or Masters degree with a technical focus
• ASQ Certification (prefer CQE, CQM, CRE, or CSSBB)
• Experience in a Lean and/or Six Sigma environment
• Proven track record of team-oriented leadership
• Proven achiever of results
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, etc.
